2. Offline-First Core & Privacy by Design
Universal Maximizer is engineered with an offline-first philosophy. Single-player progression requires zero personal data, no mandatory registration, and operates entirely on your local device.
Upon detecting internet connectivity, an anonymous account UUID is provisioned quietly to enable automatic cloud backup (Cloud Save), cross-device synchronization, and leaderboard validation.

4. Mobile Advertising & Consent (AdMob / UMP)
- No Ads on Web & Desktop: Web browser versions and desktop builds (macOS, Windows, Linux) contain zero advertising SDK calls.
- Subtle Mobile Banner: On Android and iOS, a single adaptive banner is displayed at the bottom of the screen starting only after the fourth (4th) cold application start.
- Consent Management: Players in the EEA/UK are served Google's IAB-certified User Messaging Platform (UMP) form. You can adjust your consent choices at any time inside the app: Settings → Advertising Privacy → Change advertising consent.
- Premium Ad-Free: An optional Premium account or host subscription permanently removes all banner ads.
5. In-App Purchases & Payments
Digital purchases are handled securely through certified app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) or verified payment gateways (Stripe, PayU).
We never receive, process, or store your credit card credentials, bank account numbers, or CVV codes. We only receive cryptographic validation receipts to unlock game entitlements.

We work with trusted global partners:
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — Firebase Cloud Messaging & Google AdMob (Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Edge CDN delivery, DNS, and DDoS mitigation.
- Dedicated Servers — MariaDB and Redis infrastructure situated within the European Union.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR — Built-in In-Game Tools
You have full control over your personal data via dedicated in-game buttons located in the Account tab:
- Data Portability & Access (Art. 15 & 20 GDPR): The "Export Data" button instantaneously generates a complete machine-readable JSON copy of your profile and simulation slots.
- Right to be Forgotten (Art. 17 GDPR): The "Delete Account" button permanently purges your account, cloud saves, and tokens from all backend servers.
- Supervisory Authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl).
